Rental Periods
Normally commence Saturday 4.00pm and finish by 10.00am on Saturday, to
allow for house cleaning and change of bed-linen etc. Please be prompt
about the departure time.
(Please note that the availability chart shows Saturday to Friday for convenience.)
Please inform us of your time of arrival to help us organise your welcome
and key hand-over.
Payment Terms
One-third of the total rental is payable on confirmation of the booking. The
remainder payable 6 (six) weeks before the rental period commences.
Prices
Prices will be quoted per week, including, water, bed-linen and towels,
but excluding electricity, which will be calculated at the end of your hire
period.
Residential Capacity and Guest List
The normal maximum residential capacity of 5 An Glentain is 6, plus 1
baby.
This number must not be exceeded.
Insurance
It is a condition of the let that tenants and their guests take
out full holiday insurance. Under no circumstances will the owner be
responsible for loss of life, personal injury, medical expenses, accidents
or forfeited deposits. It is a condition of this agreement that tenants
and their guests shall be covered by adequate insurance for all the above
risks.
The hirer shall be liable for damage and breakages.
Booking Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total rental and
the signed booking form secures reservation subject to availability and
references. No booking will be confirmed until the booking deposit has
been received.
Final Payment
The full balance is payable 6 (six) weeks prior to commencement of the letting period
when final particulars will be sent to you. Late payment will incur a 2%
surcharge.
Cancellation by You
Any cancellation by you (for whatever reason) must be
in writing (or email provided you have received our acknowledgement of its
receipt). The effective date of cancellation is the date we receive
written notification. If you cancel more than twelve weeks prior to your
arrival date you will only lose your deposit whereas if you cancel within
12 weeks of your arrival date, or if the booking is canceled due to
non-payment, we shall be entitled to the full rental cost from you. We
will endeavour to obtain a replacement letting in either case. In so far
as a replacement letting is obtained, we will then refund your balance,
less any charges incurred in finding the replacement booking.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted within the property.
All rentals are under the above conditions and are subject to English law.
