Safety Features

Smoke and Heat Detectors:

There are smoke and heat detectors in the house. They are wired into the mains and are not battery operated. The detector in the kitchen is particularly sensitive and will often be triggered by normal cooking. There is a reset button on the alarm, which if pressed will silence the alarm. The detector will automatically reset within 5 minutes.

Fire extinguisher

There is a fire extinguisher under the sink in the utility.

Smoke Blanket

There is a smoke blanket under the sink in the kitchen.
